- Changed loading screen logic when teleporting to the garage from the pause menu; Reverted back to the vanilla behavior instead of forcing a 4 second delay to compensate for pop-in.

- Reworked injection method; No more virus warnings, but the installation method has changed.
- Reworked first-person drift camera to better match the later games.
- Added controls for turn-signals; Holding D-Pad Left/Right for 1 second will engage them.

- Fixed an AO texture bug on the stock rims from the Audi S4.
- Removed the NULL CAR, PG Bus, and PG Truck rims from the stock rims list as they don't work properly.

- Moved all settings related to livery quality to the Video settings in-game.
The "Real-time Shadows," "Photo Mode Sample Count," and every setting related to liveries were originally gonna be retired to comply with them now being in Azimuth, but I've made them instead now act as overrides in case you wanna run something custom (i.e. 4K supersampled liveries while using Azimuth's High settings.) instead of following Azimuth's presets, and also for people who are using Mezcal. The Default setting for these will instead use what the translation layer you're using is doing.
